Change Your Mind supporters gathered at Belfast's Lagan Lookout last Friday to hear inspiring testimonies from our speakers about the legacy of mental health stigma.
The event marks the start of our campaign to ensure that people experiencing mental health difficulties don't have to deal with the added pressure of stigma.
